Press Capabilities
We print on Rotary Letterpress machines, using UV letterpress technology, which allows printing on both paper and Filmic substrates. This press prints onto a continuous “web” (i.e. roll to roll). The inks used key well to these materials in the process and are more environmentally friendly than conventional spirit based inks.

‘Double Sided’ Printing
We are capable of printing multiple colours on both sides of the substrate on two of our machines. This procedure entails printing the substrate surface and the adhesive which is valuable when only a single label is required on the pack being labeled.

Number of Colours Available
We have six colour letterpress and one flexo unit on our machine. In addition, two of the presses are equipped with two silkscreen units and inline foiling capability.

In-House Design Studio
CorelDraw (versions 9-12) and Adobe Photoshop are the preferred file formats we operate with, but do accept other formats. The use of formats other than the preferred formats mentioned could result in time loss and cost-converting the files. The converting process can also result in corrupt or poor resolution images.

If artwork is supplied on portable storage media (CD, disc, etc), they will be returned once the label is printed. Artwork on portable media can be delivered to or collected by us.
